This evening, HTC Philippines launched 3 new smartphones — the HTC HD Mini, HTC Smart and the HTC Legend — each one running a different OS.

1100mAh Li-Ion battery
It’s got no WiFi and no GPS so that could be a disappointment to many. The HTC Smart will be released this May for a suggested retial price of Php12,900.
