i have the samsung jet s8000 and have trouble synchronising with outlook 2003. Electronic mail Sync icon on new pc studio one.2.0 ID8 and 1.3.0 IJ1 are disabled and hence cannot synchronise with my outlook 2003, personal computer operating method is windows xp sp3. have to have support on why the email sync icon is disabled and why sync does not operate.
